Redrock Advises Grant Victor on Acquisition of ATD and ATM Worldwide

SOUTH JORDAN, UT (August 2026) — Redrock Strategic Advisors served as financial advisor to Grant Victor in connection with its acquisition of Automated Transaction Delivery (ATD) and its affiliated retail ATM business, ATM Worldwide.
The acquisition expands Grant Victor’s presence in the financial institution and retail ATM markets. ATD, based in New Orleans, provides ATM managed services and transaction processing to banks and credit unions.
